Youth Organizing Fellowship Program

What is the Organizing Fellowship?

The IHAF Organizing Fellowship is a leadership development program for emerging leaders that will foster youth organizers fluent in the IHAF mission and theory of change, with the ability to think critically about the needs and wants of their community and themselves.

How does the Organizing Fellowship align with our vision for change?

The program equips emerging leaders with the skills to contribute to the planning and executing youth engagement events while also serving as ambassadors for IHAF in advocacy spaces.

By the program's end, fellows will gain confidence in their role as Youth Organizers, having acquired knowledge on organizing, the importance of taking action, diverse approaches to activism, and establishing a support network.
